RETURNS & WARRANTY
At FAR Co. we stand behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Returns & Warranty Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process should you need to return an item or make a warranty claim.
We accept returns under the following conditions
- Change of Mind
- You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it if it is unused, in its original packaging and is in resaleable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved
2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item,
we will offer an exchange, refund or store credit as long as you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order - Photos must be provided and a description of the issue
3. Exclusions for returns, exchanges or warranty
- Items that have been used, modified or damaged due to misuse
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not highlighted prior to sale)
Warranty Policy
We offer warranties on products in line with manufacturer terms. Warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not apply to damage caused by misuse, wear and tear or improper maintenance.
